Care Home Open Week runs from 15-21 June 2026, offering a fantastic opportunity for care providers across Norfolk to open their doors, celebrate their services, and connect with their local communities.

In response to insights gathered from the annual training survey conducted by Norfolk and Suffolk Care Support, and follow up discussions with Registered Managers, we are pleased to offer additional dementia care learning opportunities for Norfolk and Waveney Adult Social Care workforce.

Norfolk Care Careers has commissioned Training in Healthcare to deliver a new Dementia Communication Champions programme pilot. The programme is designed to support health and social care staff to build confidence, improve communication and enhance the experience of people living with dementia.

Norfolk Care Careers is partnering with Lingly.ai to provide fully funded access to the Lingly Mobile App - the innovative ESOL training tool designed specifically for the adult social care sector.

The RM12 Programme is a practical, six month development programme designed specifically for registered managers working in social care. The programme has been shaped around real-world challenges, with jargon stripped away to focus on what truly works. Drawing on expert knowledge and frontline experience, it offers practical, impactful strategies you can apply straight away.
