As part of the programme, registered managers will be pivotal in supporting the worker's learning - providing time and encouragement for the worker to engage with the programme and facilitate opportunities to apply learning in practice.  The manager will also participate in impact analysis by contributing to feedback on the app and its effectiveness and complete evaluation activities as requested to measure outcomes and improvements.
