Empower your leadership with the RM12 Programme

Norfolk Care Careers is pleased to announce another cohort of the RM12 Programme will be delivered by Skills for Care. This practical, six‑month development programme is designed specifically for registered managers working in social care.

RM12 focuses on building confidence, strengthening leadership skills and helping managers connect with peers. The programme has been shaped around real-world challenges, with jargon stripped away to focus on what truly works. Drawing on expert knowledge and frontline experience, it offers practical, impactful strategies you can apply straight away.

We understand how busy registered managers are, which is why RM12 provides dedicated development time — just six hours each month over six months — to invest in yourself and your leadership journey.

Each month, you'll take part in expert-led sessions exploring core leadership principles with a clear emphasis on real-life application. RM12 equips you with tools, techniques and actionable insights that grow your confidence, enhance your management approach and support meaningful professional connections.

Applicants will be informed of the outcome by Friday, 17 April 2026.

The programme will be delivered in King's Lynn, with priority given to providers in this area and neighbouring parts of the county. However, we still encourage you to register your interest even if you are based further afield.
