Description

Our Service users will require varied support, as a support worker you will be providing care in the service users home to enable them to keep their independence, this role will include:

Encouragement and support to live an independent life
Assistance with Personal Care, Domestic Tasks, Food Preparation.
Accompanying the service user in the community
Medication Management.
