We are looking for a QA Officer to join our domiciliary care team, supporting service users across the Norfolk area. You’ll be responsible for supervising frontline care staff, ensuring compliance with CQC standards, and maintaining a high standard of care through robust processes. This is a hands-on role that includes field-based work as well as office-based responsibilities. This role involves regular travel across Norfolk, therefore a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.
