Care Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Home Manager to lead our Residential Home specialising in Dementia Care and Complex Mental Health support for individuals aged 60+.

About the Role:
As Care Home Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and management of the home, ensuring the highest standards of person-centred care, compliance, staff development, and resident wellbeing.

You will be fully supported by an experienced Operations Manager, Deputy Manager, and Senior Care Team, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional care, leading your team with confidence, and driving continuous improvement across the service.

 What We're Looking For:
 Previous management experience within a residential or nursing care setting
 Strong knowledge of Dementia Care and Complex Mental Health needs
 Excellent leadership and communication skills
 Understanding of CQC standards and regulatory requirements
 Passion for delivering outstanding care and creating a safe, supportive environment
