•Providing high-quality care to clients in their own homes
•Supporting, mentoring, and supervising care staff
•Completing spot checks, observations, and supervisions
•Assisting with care plans, risk assessments, and reviews
•Supporting on-call duties on a rota basis
•Ensuring CQC standards and company policies are followed
