Description
We are looking for caring, reliable and enthusiastic Support Workers to join our team at Emerald House in Rackheath.
This is a rewarding role supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, and behaviours of concern to live full, active and meaningful lives.
You will support individuals with their day-to-day activities and promote independence, choice, and wellbeing. Activities may include trips to the cinema, bowling, days out, cooking and baking, attending community events, circus visits, and enjoying social activities such as karaoke.
We are looking for people who are passionate about making a difference, enjoy working as part of a supportive team, and are committed to providing high-quality, person-centred care.
Full training will be provided, so previous experience is helpful but not essential.
