Norfolk Care Association is the independent voice of adult social care providers across Norfolk and Waveney, championing local needs and priorities through sector-led insight and representation. Our vision is for adults in Norfolk & Waveney receive the social care they need from high quality sustainable providers working together with local authorities and system partners. Our mission is to represent, inform, support, and strengthen adult social care providers by sharing insight, amplifying sector voices, and building strong partnerships with stakeholders, supported by our values: Trust: We are a reliable, transparent, and independent voice for the adult social care sector. What we do: - Advocate for adult social care providers' needs, challenges, and priorities - Share best practice and sector intelligence to improve care quality - Support collaboration and problem-solving across the system - Disseminate key information and insights - Facilitate strategic conversations on complex and sensitive issues - Campaign for sustainable funding, fair commissioning, and workforce reform
