At Rose Care we recognise that home care means different things to different people. As experts in domiciliary home care, we use our extensive experience to create individually tailored and highly flexible home care plans which promote independence, and always deliver peace of mind. Our Suffolk branch is rated Outstanding by the CQC. In 2025 we decided to bring this expertise and compassion to Norfolk. We opened our Norfolk branch in Little Melton, South Norfolk in July 2025 and became registered with CQC in October 2025. We offer everything from personal care to palliative care; gentle companionship to practical help with shopping, housework or laundry, as well as accompanied visits for medical appointments or social occasions, sleep-in assignments and respite support. We employ individuals who demonstrate compassion, reliability, and a commitment to care. Our carers are trained to the highest standards. For anyone new to care, we offer an enhanced induction process and we invest in our carers by offering: * Two week paid induction * Level 2-5 Health and Social Care qualifications, fully funded * Internal mentoring and "carer-to-coordinator" promotion pathways * Specialist modules (e.g., dementia care, end-of-life care, medication) Our offices have a family feel and our carers know that they are valued and can drop in for a chat at anytime. We pay for all training, travel time and mileage, and provide free uniform and PPE. We support the Real Living Wage Campaign. Our friendly team are always happy to speak with prospective clients and carers.
