International Recruitment East are hosting a series of webinars and workshops, begining in January. 

Sponsorship Management System Webinars

The Sponsorship Management System (SMS) webinars cover topics including compliance duties and provider immigration support. The first of these is aimed at those considering sponsorship of overseas workers, takes place on 14th January 13:30-14:30, and can be booked via Microsoft Virtual Events. Solicitor Support Workshops

These sessions build employer awareness of: 

• The importance of sponsorship management system (SMS) compliance. This includes an overview of sponsor duties and responsibilities.  
• Sponsorship obligations, such as record-keeping and documentation requirements   
• Effective use of SMS for sponsored migrants    
• Reporting duties, including when and how to report changes or issues related to your organisation or migrant employees
