Ambition Community Healthcare is a Complex care provider located in Dereham, Norfolk. Established in 2019, Ambition Community Healthcare have been supporting both Adults and Children across Norfolk and Suffolk. We support individuals living within their own homes, who require the following interventions - Spinal Injury management - Tracheostomy management - Ventilation management - Learning disabilities and Autism - Enteral feeding management - Medication management - Personal care - Epilepsy management We employ both Adult and Paediatric nurses who support or care staff out in the community. They regularly attend home visits to complete observations and supervision of staff to ensure they are always working and supporting or clients to the highest standard.
