Description

This role will involve overseeing our Domiciliary Care Services, providing vital support to individuals in the comfort of their own homes. Your role will be diverse, meaningful, and integral to the improvement of our service.
Our service is currently rated 'Requires Improvement' by the CQC, and we are looking for a strong, experienced manager who is motivated by challenge and confident in their ability to lead a turnaround and drive quality improvement.

What we're looking for:
1. A confident leader with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
2. A proven track record in service improvement and compliance

Requirements:
1. Minimum 2 years' management experience within the healthcare sector
2. Level 5 Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care (or working towards)
3. Strong working knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance standards
4. A full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle
