Description

​​The Role
​This is an exciting opportunity to continue developing and enhancing our services, ensuring that we provide high-quality, person-centred support to individuals.

You will work closely with our clinical partners from Norfolk and Suffolk Foundation Trust (NSFT) and other stakeholders to provide a robust service to people who are experiencing mental health issues. To promote recovery model framework and implement a Psychological Informed Environment (PIE) for people who use our services.

To be considered for this role candidates need to;​

Have experience of successfully leading and supervising a team.

Have experience of supporting people with their mental health.

Experience of collaboration and creating partnerships with external organisations, the VCSE sector, with volunteers and small community groups.
