Description
I am a friendly lady who sometimes experiences memory problems, can become muddled, and lives with chronic pain and mobility difficulties. I also face challenges with my mental health, so a supportive, patient, and positive companion is very important to me. I am looking to recruit a kind, reliable, and cheerful female personal assistant to support me in my home.
Location: Dereham, NR19
Job Description:
Assisting with cooking
Assisting with General housework
Assisting with personal care
Organising and reminding me about my medication
Any other reasonable duties as requested.
Person specification
Essential:
The ideal candidate would require calming, reassuring, caring, and patience.
The person I employ must have an understanding of the need for confidentiality in all areas of work, including total respect for my privacy.
Must be female due to the personal care aspect of the role and meets the schedule 9, Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010.

Flexibility in working hours to accommodate the individual's needs.
Summary terms and conditions
The rate of pay for this position is £12.38 per hour.
Hours and times of work: 3.5 Hrs Per Week, Time discussed further at interview.
The annual holiday entitlement for this position will be equivalent to the work I would normally expect to be done during 5.6 consecutive weeks.
The post is subject to the following:
A satisfactory enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, the cost of which will be covered by the employer.
Satisfactory references from two referees, one of whom must be your current or last employer.
Completion of a satisfactory probationary period of six months
