Reflective Practice Facilitator
REF: NWM:555
Hours: Full Time - 37.5 hours per week
Work Pattern: Monday - Friday 9:00AM - 5:00PM with some flexibility
Salary: £26,292 per annum, rising to £27,835 per annum after probation
Location: this is a Hybrid role where you will work remotely from home and at local REST Hubs. Your closest hub will be your base. (REST Hubs are located in the following areas: Norwich, Thetford, Aylsham, Great Yarmouth, Kings Lynn, Dereham)
*Due to the nature of the role a driver licence and access to a vehicle is essential for this role, mileage is paid at 45p per mile for cars after your home to work base mileage is deducted.

About the Role
The Reflective Practice Facilitator will design and deliver impactful reflective sessions that empower our frontline and operational teams to explore challenges, celebrate successes, and build resilience. You will foster an inclusive and psychologically safe culture that supports continuous learning, wellbeing, and professional development.
This role is pivotal in enhancing staff motivation, team collaboration, and service effectiveness, particularly for those in emotionally demanding roles.
What We're Looking For
Experience facilitating reflective practice, supervision, or coaching in a professional setting.
Skilled in fostering psychologically safe, inclusive environments.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and emotional intelligence.
A background in social care, health, education, or related fields is desirable.
