About the role:
Reporting to the Head Chef, the Assistant Chef will support the team by ensuring the catering services and residential dining experience is of the highest standard and quality.

Salary:
£13.37 per hour.

Shift Pattern:
0 hours per week, worked on a rota basis from Monday to Sunday.

Home Location:
Baldock Drive, King's Lynn, England, PE30 3DQ.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Providing a high-quality dining experience by promoting choice and dignity to the residents of the home with the services we provide
Liaise with residents to ensure they are happy with the food and beverages being delivered within the home
Ensure the nutritional content of the meals provided cater for the dietary needs of all residents.
Assist the Head Chef with all regulatory and statutory requirements are met and company policies and procedures are adhered to.
Training, Skills & Experience Required:

Minimum of two years catering experience working within a kitchen environment is essential.
NVQ level 3 in Food Hygiene is essential.
Exposure to working within a care environment is highly advantageous.
