Are you looking for a role where you can work nights to fit around other commitments and make a real difference? Joining us could be the perfect role for you.
Norfolk Swift Response is a 24-hour service to provide help, support and reassurance for an urgent, unplanned social care needs, usually as a one-off visit. You will visit people in their own homes in teams of 2 with all rotas working alternate weekends.
You will provide assistance or reassurance during a period of urgent/unplanned need to people in their homes who don’t need the emergency services to maximise the individual’s independence, health and wellbeing. You will give advice and information to users and their family/carer relating to safety and promotion of well-being, including advice on how to access additional services and support.
Both experienced social care workers and those new to care are welcomed to apply. Full training will be provided.
