‘Care for others. Make a difference’
As an Unplanned Needs Support Worker, you will be assisting people with their daily living activities such as personal care, meal/drink preparation and medication with the aim of helping them back to independence with these activities.
Norfolk Swift Response is a service that runs 24/7 to deliver unplanned social care services to adults in their own homes in Norfolk. As a Swift, your duties would include requests to assist uninjured fallers and supporting with one-off personal care needs. Workers visit people in their own homes in teams of two.
Both experienced social care workers and those new to care are welcomed to apply. Full training will be provided.
