To be successful in the role you will be an experienced Support Worker who has worked with adults with learning disabilities. We are looking for an effective communicator with the ability to develop strong working relationships and promote and create a person centred culture within the team. Knowledge of support planning and risk assessing as well as a strong track record of achieving outcomes for individuals will be an advantage. A QCF /NVQ in Health and Social Care Level 3 is desirable, or a willingness to achieve it.
You must be able to work flexibly and the ability to travel around the Norfolk area is essential as well as holding a full UK manual driving licence.
