Start your day knowing you’ll make a difference – join our team of Support Workers/Care Assistants in Little Melton and create a positive difference that improves the life for the people we support.

We support a gentleman in his own home who likes to get out and about and enjoys various activities in his community. He likes to see churches, go on walks, and also participates in a variety of sports! The gentleman loves swimming once a week, so being able to swim is preferable. He also enjoys meals out, going to shows and theme parks, and enjoys holidays every year with his team!

He loves music and plays instruments like the organ and guitar. If you can play the guitar, that would be an advantage but it is not a requirement to work here. This gentleman is supported 2-1 during the day and evening and 1-1 during a sleep in. There’s a separate bedroom for Support Workers who are required to stay overnight. You’ll be part of a very friendly team that works flexibly on a rota.

Comprehensive person-centered training is provided so experience isn’t necessary. Being a driver is preferred for this role due to the location of the service.
