Independence Matters is looking for a dedicated individual to join its team at Sprowston Community Hub providing daytime support to individuals with a learning disability.
37 hours per week (11 month temporary contract pending review of service requirements at this point).
This is a Support Worker level 2 appointment with a pay grade of £8.23 per hour, increasing to £8.71 after online completion of Care Certificate.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced support worker, however values and a willingness to learn are equally as important as experience, so if you feel you share our values in putting the customer at the centre of everything you do and are able to see things from their point of view we would be keen to hear from you.
- You will need a passion for supporting people, be able to offer a professional, consistent and outstanding level of customer service.
- You will need to be prepared to work flexibly to meet the needs of the customer.
- You will need to attend reviews, complete support plans and risk assessments.
