Support Worker

 

King’s Lynn, Norfolk

 

Hours: 38 hours per week

 

Salary: The current full time salary scale for this position is £19,634 to £19,986 per annum, depending on qualifications (maximum full time job rate potential is £20,736 per annum which is performance related).

 

At appointment: The actual salary will be £19,634 to £19,986 per annum depending on qualifications.

 

PLUS the potential for an additional £2,000 earnings from sleep in allowance PLUS the opportunity for overtime.

 

We have an exciting opportunity to support our children with complex needs. The role will provide personal care and often be presented with challenging behaviour. The first interview will be a Safe Care/ Warner style interview. If successful after the first interview, candidates will then be expected to attend a formal interview.
