Salary: £19,634 – £19,986 per annum with a maximum job rate of £20,736 PLUS up to £3,000 – £4,000 additional earnings from sleep in allowance PLUS the opportunity to do overtime (please note: this can vary).

ABOUT THE ROLE
Following the need to increase the size of one of our teams, we are recruiting to these newly created posts for one of our Children’s Homes in Norwich. The Children’s Home offers a solo provision for young people with complex behavioural needs. This is great opportunity to start and/or grow your career in social care, you will get lots of training and support and be able to earn significantly above the basic salary with sleep in’s (which will be part of your shift pattern) and overtime.
