Support Worker

Ambition Community Healthcare are recruiting a Support worker to support a Young gentleman in Long Stratton, Norfolk .

This is a 2:1 package of care supporting this individual with all aspects of daily living, support with social activities and accessing the community.

The shifts available are as follows :

• Weekdays 15.30 – 21.00 and 08.00 – 21.00
• Weekends 08.00 – 20.00
• Waking nights Monday – Sunday

Requirements for the role

• Six months experience working in health and social care desirable
• Ability to work in the Mundsley area
• Ability to work alternating weekends
