Position: Support Worker

Salary:   £9.50 – £9.90 per hour + £1000 Welcome Bonus

About the Role

Harvey Lane is a residential service close to Norwich City Centre for adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs. The service also supports people who express behaviours which others might find challenging.

With eight en-suite bedrooms, all on one level, the home is also suitable for people who use a wheelchair. Harvey Lane provides a caring, supportive environment and a person-centred approach to support individuals to achieve their goals and live their life the way they want to.

You’ll be responsible for supporting an inclusive lifestyle within the community as individuals attend local colleges or day trips out. Develop greater independence and daily living skills by assisting with the upkeep of the service, preparing meals, shopping and domestic duties. Providing help with personal care such as washing, bathing and dressing whilst working across various shift patterns including early, late and weekend and night shifts.
