We need you to join our team supporting adults with learning difficulties live an independent life in our residential care home. Based in Drayton, near Norwich we offer a beautiful working environment, full of challenges and fun!


Every person we support has their own needs and personality and this means that every day will be different! However there will be some key responsibilities of the role:


  • Leisure and social activities. Whether it is crafting, baking, walking or going out for a coffee, be prepared to get stuck in! Like all of us, the people we support need to do the things they enjoy and get involved in the local community to stay happy and healthy.
  • Health and wellbeing. Supporting someone to make positive choices about eating well, taking exercise and maintaining good hygiene. It might also involve providing emotional support, or helping them with dressing, washing and personal care.
  • Daily living skills. You will support and encourage residents with attending appointments, shopping, cooking, and cleaning Administration – such as dispensing and recording medicines for the people you support and maintaining accurate records and reports.

We have positions available now on a full-time, permanent  basis and also for bank staff.

Full training will be provided and we can also support you achieve an NVQ!
