Come and be a Support Worker at Dimensions and work in our service supporting four people. This service is supporting three women and one gentleman to live independently. Two ladies go horse riding weekely and the gentleman attends day centre twice a week. They all enjoy going shopping, walking, trips to the seaside and generally being out and about finding new activities to do!

Duties will include full personal care, manual handling (Wheelchair and hoist) and support with nutrition and hydration (some of the people we support enjoy attending slimming world, are you counting your syns?).

Shift patterns will vary weekly and work around the people we support including 7am -3pm/2pm – 10pm/waking nights and sleep-ins and alternate weekends (to be discussed at interview).

About you

Successful candidates will work well with the people we support with a person centered approach. No previous experience necessary.
