We are looking for qualified social workers to join our Northern Locality Adult Community Care Team, of Practice Consultants, Social Workers, Occupational Therapists and Assistant Practitioners, based at our offices in Fakenham or North Walsham.
We are located in the beautiful area of North Norfolk with 45 miles of stunning coastline, Blue Flag beaches, the unique Deep History Coast and breath-taking countryside.
North Walsham and Fakenham are Norfolk Market Towns, keeping the traditional weekly market alive, alongside numerous small independent businesses, cafes, high street names and multiple supermarkets. They have a range of nurseries, schools and colleges with good and outstanding Ofsted reports, new housing developments and sporting and social facilities.

We are looking to recruit a new team member who will be committed to working with our service user group of people over 65 years and younger adults with Physical Disabilities, to support and enable the best possible life outcomes. Ideally, you will have experience of working with this user group, a good understanding of the Care Act, Mental Capacity and Best Interest work, Safeguarding and be computer literate.
Our offices are co-located with our health colleagues, enabling a mutually supportive MDT approach to working with the people of North Norfolk. We have strong links with our GP surgeries and multi-agency teams who work across the locality.
