Salary:                 £30,169 per annum

Contract type:   Full time – 37 hours per week

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Service Manager to join our Sprowston Community Hub in Norwich. Located in the heart of the community it provides excellent support for adults with learning disabilities and offers a range of activities, opportunities for learning, information and guidance to our customers and their families, along with the chance to meet other people and make friends.

 

What does a Service Manager do?

As a Service Manager, you will be required to hold a Health and Social Care Level 5 Diploma or an equivalent qualification.

The role requires you to work flexibility and to participate in an out-of-hours on-call rota some weekends and evenings. You will lead and direct a team of Team Managers delivering Community Hub based support. The role is responsible for ensuring service levels are consistently excellent, and that new business is integrated into the service in accordance with those high standards.

This role is subject to an enhanced with barred lists DBS check and suitable references. It is essential you hold a full UK driving licence and you will be required to have full business insurance to use your vehicle for work.
