Vacancy for a Service Manager at our Supported Living service based from King’s Lynn

 

Service Type:  Learning disability support at home

Salary:  £28,296 rising to £30,169

Hours:  Full time, 37 hours per week

Covering the whole of Norfolk, we provide support opportunities in the home and in the community for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs, young people in transition and those living with dementia.

We have a fantastic opportunity for a CQC Registered Service Manager at our Supported Living service in King’s Lynn. Located in the heart of the community, providing accommodation and support for adults with learning disabilities and other complex needs.

Supported Living enables customers to live independently in homes of their own. As a CQC registered service we provide flexible support, ranging from one to 24 hours a day, seven days per week. Our goal is to ensure our customers get the right support and enhance their confidence, enabling them to live independently and happily.

 

What does a Registered Service Manager do?

You will be required to gain and maintain your registration through CQC and hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or hold an equivalent qualification.

The role requires flexibility and to participate in an out-of-hours on-call rota, including some sleep-in, weekends and evenings shifts.

This role is subject to an enhanced with barred lists DBS check and suitable references.

For this role it is essential you hold a full UK driving licence and you will be required to have full business insurance to use your vehicle for work.
