Senior Support Worker

March, Cambridgeshire

Hours: 38 hours per week

Salary: The current full time salary for this position is £24,863 to £26,014 per annum, depending on qualifications (maximum full time job rate potential is £27,164 per annum which is performance related). Please note, these figures are inclusive of the potential for an additional £3,000 earnings from sleep in allowance.

Overtime: There are frequent opportunities for paid overtime within the home

Interviews: We will interview all applicants who meet the essential criteria at the earliest opportunity.  The first interview will be a Safe Care/ Warner style interview and held virtually via Microsoft Teams. If successful after the first interview, candidates will then be expected to attend a formal interview, also to be held virtually.
