All Hallows is our 48-bed specialist Care Home with Nursing situated in Bungay, at the home we provide exceptional, personalised care to our short-term and full-time residents, including those living with dementia. We have the opportunity for a Senior Care Quality Assistant to join our dedicated team on a full-time, permanent basis.

As Senior Care Quality Assistant you will be responsible for leading and mentoring the Senior team in the set up of individualised Care Plans, working closely with our residents, their families and other healthcare professionals to ensure suitability and keeping this under constant review.

You will also carry out audits and risk assessments in line with current legislation and NorseCare policies, supporting the Registered Care Home Manager with falls, safeguarding and medication error analysis taking the lead to review processes as required.

Our Successful Candidate

You will have proven experience working at a senior level within an operational healthcare role which will be demonstrated by;

  • GCSE Grade C & Above (New Scoring 4 & Above) in Maths and English ideally supported by a formal Business Administration qualification
  • Good working knowledge of healthcare related documentation and best practice, including safeguarding and medication analysis
  • Your ability to react quickly to changing needs in a fast-paced organisation.
  • Excellent documentation skills, capable of producing accurate and concise records
