If you are a newly qualified Registered Nurse looking to build your career within a supportive and collaborative environment or an experienced Nurse who wants to develop your knowledge within a specialist nursing home, then this could be the opportunity for you.

As a Registered Nurse at All Hallows you would be supported by our Care Practitioners and Senior Healthcare Assistants overseeing the daily care provided to our residents alongside the management team, which also have Nursing qualifications. Working together with internal teams, medical consultants and residents’ families you will ensure an effective care plan is designed and implemented. Alongside this you will support a range of needs at the home including working alongside rehabilitation residents, having input into resident admission, improvement and discharge.
