Do you have experience of managing and achieving excellence in a CQC regulated supported living setting?  Are you looking to build your career supporting young people living with mental health conditions?

The Benjamin Foundation are looking for a (Registered) Manager to lead their Supported Living offer in West Norfolk. Registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) with accommodation at Butterfly House, Kings Lynn, and a service office in the town centre, we support young people aged 18-30 to achieve independence while living with mental health conditions. We encourage and support young people to gain new skills and experiences, play a positive part in the local community, grow in confidence and increase self-esteem in order to flourish and live fulfilling lives.

You will be a motivated manager and an inspiring colleague who is committed to leading a person-centred, safe, effective and caring service, while working within the high standards expected across The Benjamin Foundation and by the CQC. Butterfly House Supported Living scheme is staffed 24/7 and can currently accommodate up to 8 young people. We are particularly interested in appointing an ambitious Registered Manager who would help us to achieve our vision of expanding our Supported Living service in the West Norfolk area to provide more opportunities and support for local young people.

You will be required to have a relevant L5 Registered Manager qualification or be very close to completing it.

The Benjamin Foundation is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults. An enhanced DBS check will be required for successful applicants.

The Benjamin Foundation embeds the Nurtured Heart Approach ® which creates strong and improved relationships by focusing on positive behaviour rather than energising negativity, providing clear rules and consequences, creating an environment in which people thrive.
