Salary – £36,540-£40,600 (depending on experience) – maximum job rate £44,052 (performance related)

As an innovator in transition support for young people leaving care, we also have a range of residential services, a therapeutic service, a family centre, a fostering agency and services for disabled children and their families. Our work allows some of the most vulnerable children and young people locally to stay in their communities and near the people who are important to them.
This role will manage a skilled team of workers to deliver care, support and a therapeutic environment in a residential setting for up to two young people and requires the post holder to be registered with Ofsted. You won’t be doing this on your own, we have a team of experienced managers alongside a therapeutic support offer, education support, a workforce development service and an opportunities team who will be on hand to support.

Hours: 37 hours per week
