£20,092 to £21,748 per annum, pro rata for part time + 10% additional payment for those employed on a Night contract (the 10% supplement is paid in arrears,3 times per year)

Permanent Contracts. Full Training provided.

Expectation of working hours – All rotas include alternate weekends and bank holidays

Our Grays Fair Court Accommodation Based Reablement service provides person-centred, accommodation-based support for a period of up to six weeks to help people regain as much independence as possible and return home. Grays Fair Court is a care establishment made up of 20 Accommodation Based Reablement Beds and 34 Housing with Care flats. We are looking for:


Reablement Support Workers (Various contracts from 14 hrs to 33.25 hrs per week)

Night Reablement Support Workers (22 hrs and 31.5 hrs per week)


As a Reablement Support Worker, you will support our residents with their daily living activities such as personal care, meal/drink preparation and medication with the aim of helping them back to independence. The role is varied and busy and no two days are the same – you will feel a great sense of achievement and will be the person who genuinely makes the difference to someone’s life.
