We have various positions available, ranging from 14 to 31.5 hours, all work a variety of shifts which are averaged over 2 weeks and include alternate weekends.

We have the following vacancies available:
1 x 14 hours per week, morning and afternoon shifts
1 x 16.25 hours per week, morning and afternoon shifts
1 x 22 hours per week, nights
2 x 31.5 hours per week, nights
As a Reablement Support Worker you will be assisting people with their daily living activities such as personal care, meal/drink preparation and medication with the aim of helping them back to independence with these activities.
Grays Fair Court is a care establishment made up of 20 Accommodation Based Reablement Beds and 34 Housing with Care flats. Grays Fair Court Accommodation Based Reablement service provides person-centred, accommodation-based support for a period of up to six weeks to help people regain as much independence as possible and return home. Grays Fair Court offers 34 housing with care flats. All flats are self-contained with bedroom, lounge, kitchenette and bathroom.
The Housing with Care tenants also have access to 24 hour assessed care.
Grays Fair Court is part of the wider Norfolk First Response Service which consists of Norfolk First Support, Swift Response, Supported Care and Benjamin Court (Accommodation Based Reablement Unit).
Both experienced social care workers and those new to care are welcomed to apply. Full training will be provided.
