Salary: £20,092 to £21,748 per annum, pro rata for part time

Contracted hours: Various contracts between 22.5 and 27.75 hours per week, averaged over two weeks

Expectation of working hours: Day and evening shifts including alternate weekends.  Bank holidays on a rota basis.

We have vacancies of 22.5 and 27.75 contracts in the East Norfolk team.  This covers Caister, Great Yarmouth and surrounding areas.

As a Reablement Support Worker you will be assisting people with their daily living activities such as personal care, meal/drink preparation and medication with the aim of helping them back to independence with these activities.

Norfolk First Support delivers services to adults in Norfolk in their own homes for up to 6 weeks, assisting them to regain skills they may have lost following an illness or hospital admission. The aim is to enable them to regain their independence as much as possible while also reviewing their ongoing care needs.

Both experienced social care workers and those new to care are welcomed to apply. Full training will be provided.
