Permanent contract | £22,369 to £24,054 per annum, pro rata (Scale E) | A range of part time opportunities available | South Norfolk

 

Contracted hours: Vacancies between 15 and 32.75 hours per week, averaged over two weeks

Expectation of working hours: Morning and evening shifts, alternative weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis

Bases: Elizabeth House, Dereham and Wymondham Health Centre. Vacancies across South Norfolk

We have permanent vacancies between 16.5 and 35.75 hours across South Norfolk including Attleborough, Theford, Dereham, Watton, Hingham, Harleston, Poringland, Diss, Bungay and surrounding areas.

 

As a Reablement Support Worker you will be assisting people with their daily living activities such as personal care, meal/drink preparation and medication with the aim of helping them back to independence with these activities.

 

Norfolk First Support delivers services to adults in Norfolk in their own homes for up to 6 weeks, assisting them to regain skills they may have lost following an illness or hospital admission. The aim is to enable them to regain their independence as much as possible while also reviewing their ongoing care needs.

 

Both experienced social care workers and those new to care are welcomed to apply. Full training will be provided.
