Norfolk First Response

Closing Date: 01/05/17

Make a difference in your community
Our Reablement Service is vital to people in our community, and we work around the clock to support patients in their own homes before they reach crisis point. This way, we can make sure they can stay at home safely, minimise unnecessary hospital admissions, and see that they can keep their independence as long as possible.

Help at this stage means personal care, preparing light meals and just being there (sometimes several times a day) to talk to. Perhaps you’ve been a carer for someone before, undertaken studies in the field of health and social care, or you simply have an interest in making people’s lives better. As a 24/7 service, all of our support workers need to work alternate weekends, but whatever your motivation, there will be opportunities for you to develop in this role. And in the meantime, our wide variety of shifts mean you can fit your work around other commitments like childcare or studying. It’s your chance to be where you’re needed.
