Grays Fair Court is a care establishment made up of 20 Accommodation Based Reablement Beds and 34 Housing with Care flats, Our Accommodation Based Reablement service provides person-centred, accommodation-based support for a period of up to six weeks to help people regain as much independence as possible and return home. Grays Fair Court offers 34 housing with care flats. All flats are self-contained with bedroom, lounge, kitchenette and bathroom. The Housing with Care tenants also have access to 24 hour assessed care.

You will be assisting people with their daily living activities such as personal care, meal/drink preparation and medication with the aim of helping them back to independence with these activities.

Both experienced social care workers and those new to care are welcomed to apply. Full training will be provided.

We can offer a range of contracts from 22 up to 33 hours. In addition, there will be an opportunity to work additional hours.
