Expectation of working hours: Shifts are 10pm to 6am with alternate weekend working and bank holidays on a rota basis

As a Reablement Coordinator you will assist the Reablement Practitioners in providing effective support to service users at Benjamin Court to enable them to return to living at home or avoid admission to hospital.  You will manage a small team of Reablement Support Workers, offering advice and guidance, as well as arranging cover for absence.

 

The applicant must demonstrate the ability to use IT, have knowledge of social care and experience of supervising staff.

 

Benjamin Court is a unit with 18 beds based in Cromer. Benjamin Court Accommodation Based Reablement service provides person-centred, accommodation-based support for a period of up to six weeks to help people regain as much independence as possible and return home.

 

Benjamin Court is part of the wider Norfolk First Response Service which consists of Norfolk First Support, Swift Response, Supported Care and Grays Fair Court (Accommodation Based Reablement Unit).

 

Both experienced social care workers and those new to care are welcomed to apply. Full training will be provided.
