The Organisation – At Norwich and Central Norfolk Mind, we work hard to help people recover from mental health problems and develop resilience for the future. We are a leading mental health charity in Norwich and central Norfolk, providing services which make a real difference to people’s lives. We are a wonderful employer: flexible and supportive. We provide excellent supervision and a good training package.

The Project – this exciting project aims to provide a 24/7 crisis support helpline and a dedicated drop in service for people with mental health problems. Evidence shows that these sorts of projects are very effective in reducing the demand on secondary services and also help service users to feel more in control.
