Salary: £38,000-£40,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Plus, £3,000 welcome bonus*

37.5 hours per week

The Job – Norfolk and Waveney Mind has a great opportunity for someone to be our Registered Manager responsible for leading and managing the delivery of our “Good” rated Omnia rehabilitation residential 24-hour service. Omnia offers a psychologically informed environment to create the platform to connect with people and gain hope and optimism to feel empowered to be able to work towards their own personal recovery.

You will be responsible to provide an effective social recovery programme that support those staying at Omnia to set personal goals, acquire the skills to meet those goals and to live interdependent and fulfilling lives.

We are committed to ensuring every interaction with a person who accesses our service helps develop relationships and provides an environment where they feel they can follow their interests and goals and enable them to step into recovery.

As a Registered Manager you will:

  • Ensure the service meets, and indeed exceeds, the requirements of the Health & Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014: Regulation 12 Safe Care and Treatment
  • Facilitate excellent assessment, care planning, programme design, teamwork and co-operation with other providers
  • create a safe and trustworthy service
  • sustain our CQC rating of good or higher
  • Model and promote practices identified in the psychologically informed environment (PIE) framework used at Omnia. This framework includes a focus on person centred care, trauma informed practice and the recovery model
