Hollyman Care Homes Ltd
Hollyman Care Homes is a group of three family run residential care homes in Norfolk. We provide high quality person centred care for older people living with a Dementia.
We’re looking to expand our team of dedicated Care Assistants in our home in the beautiful village of Martham, near Great Yarmouth.
Martham Lodge is a small home with 20 residents and around 30 staff. If you enjoy a busy environment where no two days are the same, where you will be challenged to be the best you can be, then a Care Assistant role with us could be perfect for you.
Our main priority for our Care Assistant roles is to find people with the right values and attitudes that fit with the ethos of our homes.
We are seeking to recruit enthusiastic new Care Assistants who are keen to learn and advance their career in the social care environment – could this be you?
Previous experience in a Care Assistant role is not necessary as we will work with you to help you become an excellent carer and a valued member of our dedicated team. Our dedicated Training Coordinator will give you all the training required to become a knowledgeable Care Assistant and will continue to provide ongoing training and support to help you progress in your career.
The duties are varied and no two days will be the same. Our residents are individuals and are all treated as such. Care Assistants will support residents with all aspects of daily living including attending to personal care needs, as well as help residents take part in a wide range of special interests and activities that support their individual health and well-being.
Interested? To find out more, please call 01493 748740 for an informal chat with the manager Emma Johnson.
Please be aware that as our location is in a rural village transport will generally be necessary unless you are based in Martham or one of the nearby villages & able to walk or cycle to the home.
