Seeking Night Care Supervisors for our not-for-profit residential care home in Norwich city centre.
- Approx 31 hours a week.
- Shifts 9pm-7:15am to include some weekends, on a three week rota.
- £13.50 / hour
About the role:
As a Night Care Supervisor, you will be leading a team of staff and you will ensure the team under your leadership is delivering quality, personalised care to each of our residents; this will include providing our residents with personal care alongside supporting their health and wellbeing.
You will develop relationships with our residents and their relatives which will assist you in understanding their holistic needs and developing care centred around them.
As a Care Supervisor, you will also be responsible for the administration of medication and must be competent in all aspects of medication. You will be playing an active role in staff supervision, care planning and using your initiative by undertaking assessments of residents’ needs.

Experience in care, competence in medication administration and leading a team is required for this role.
