Mental Health Recovery Workers

Location:  Residential Site, Norwich

Part Time:  Night shifts, 30 hours per week

Salary:  £19,025 per annum (pro rata) rising to £19,450 per annum (pro rata) following successful completion of a probationary period.

Annual Leave Entitlement:  26 days, rising to 29 days with service.

About the job:

We have an exciting and incredibly rewarding opportunity for Waking Night staff responsible for supporting people in their recovery within our “Good” rated Omnia Mental Health rehabilitation residential service based at Omnia, Sale Road, Norwich.

Come and join our wonderful team and offer support throughout the night to the residents who are living at Omnia, additionally making sure the home is clean and sanitised for the individuals that reside at Omnia.

You will be expected to be the first point of call for any resident issues or engagements throughout the night, as such this is a waking-night shift.

During the night you will have additional support on site, provided by a sleep -in member of the team, as well as a dedicated-on call system which is managed and run by the management team, if required.
