We are looking for an outstanding Head Chef to provide first class food and hospitality within the needs of a care home environment. You be able to demonstrate creative flair, nutritional understanding and leadership skills, combined with a genuine interest in the people we support.
Highly valued and popular with residents, families and staff, our chefs are key personalities within our homes.
You will be responsible for ensuring that all food not only looks and tastes delicious but also reflects the preferences and dietary requirements of each resident. You will design menus, manage all aspects of the kitchen, control the budget and lead the catering team.
A catering qualification such as City and Guilds 706 1/2 or equivalent is ideally required for this role, as is experience in a similar position.
