Salary:  £22,626 to £24,981 per annum

Contract Type:   Full time, 37 hours per week

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Team Manager to join our Attleborough Community Hub service based in Attleborough. This service provides excellent flexible and tailored support for adults with learning disabilities.

 

What does a Team Manager do?

A Team Manager will lead and direct a team of support workers delivering front line care and support to our customers, while being responsible for ensuring service levels are consistently excellent, and that new business is integrated into the service in accordance with our high standards.

Working with flexibility may require you to work early and late shifts throughout the week and weekends depending on the needs of the service.
